Why These Ingredients Are Good for You
Dates
Dates provide natural sweetness along with fiber, potassium, magnesium, and antioxidants. Their fiber helps slow digestion, making them a more satisfying option than refined sugar.
Natural Peanut Butter
Choosing peanut butter made with only peanuts and salt gives you healthy unsaturated fats, plant-based protein, vitamin E, and magnesium—without unnecessary added sugars or oils.
Dark Chocolate
Dark chocolate contains flavonoids, antioxidants that have been associated with supporting heart health and helping reduce oxidative stress. Choosing dark chocolate with a higher cocoa content also means less added sugar.
Hazelnuts
Hazelnuts add a delicious crunch while providing healthy fats, fiber, vitamin E, manganese, and antioxidants that support heart and brain health.
